Qualifications include:
- Must have a valid license, CDL preferred or the willingness to obtain.
- ISA certified preferred, we will assist the right candidate in obtaining certification.
- Must have your own gear (in good working condition) and PPE, everything else is supplied.
Responsibilities include:
- Running a crew of 3-4
- Communicating with customers before, during, and at the end of the job.
- Assist in training crew members with the desire to learn how to safely, effectively and efficiently climb.
- Tanglewood does a lot of crane work and technical removals. We work both residential and commercial properties and take care of many HOAs annually in the area.
As a locally owned and operated business, we are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude and the willingness to grow with the company. Offering top pay based on knowledge and experience. We believe in having a life outside of work and are done most days by 3:30 and have weekends off unless there is a pressing job (maybe once a year.)

- Must have your own PPE, everything else is provided. (Hard hat, boots, ear and eye protection. We do have a few spares if you need to borrow to get started but we discourage sharing PPE due to the risk of spreading things like Covid.)
- A positive attitude and the ability to show up on time, daily.
Responsibilities include:
- Dragging brush
- Clean up- leaf blowing, raking etc.
- Stump grinding and shoveling
